Personal Statement:

Having spent more than thirty years as a public educator, I possess exceptional people skills and have an understanding of human nature and the principles by which people can forge successful relationships. I have spent my adulthood writing and speaking in front of children, adults, educators and groups. My educational background includes both a BS and a MA in Education. I am a life-long learner and traveler.

My character is caring and compassionate. As an educator, I honed the skills of flexibility and organization. I am articulate, creative, and have a strong sense of tolerance and acceptance. I am comfortable with, and capable of, putting together ceremonies for couples which encompass all spiritual beliefs and am legally certified to do so. My energy, enthusiasm and wit have served me well at work and in my personal relationships. These skills and assets enable me to perform ceremonies with warmth, dignity and loving humor.
